DGen Apps is committed to your privacy. This policy applies to all apps published under the DGen Apps brand. We designed our apps with a local-first approach: your data stays on your device, and we do not run any servers that collect, store, or process your personal information.

This policy covers the following applications:

Simple summary We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything stays on your device. The only exceptions are the third-party services listed below (advertising and subscription management), which operate under their own privacy policies.

We collect nothing. Our apps have no backend servers, no databases, and no analytics. All app data — usage history, settings, files — is stored locally on your device only.

5. Local Data Storage

All data generated within our apps is stored locally on your device using standard platform storage (AsyncStorage, local file system, etc.). This includes:

None of this data is ever transmitted to us or any third party. There is no cloud backup unless your device's operating system backup (e.g., iCloud, Google Backup) is enabled by you.

You can delete all locally stored data at any time by clearing the app's data from your device settings, or by uninstalling the app.

6. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR – EU Users)

You can withdraw consent for personalized ads at any time by resetting or disabling your device's Advertising ID in your privacy settings, or via Google's ad settings.

7. International Data Transfers

Since we do not collect or transmit user data ourselves, no international data transfer applies to our services. Google and RevenueCat may transfer data internationally in accordance with their own data protection frameworks (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

8. Your Rights

EU Residents (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your data. Since we do not hold any personal data ourselves, requests should be directed to the relevant third parties:

We do not sell personal information. You have the right to know what data is collected about you by third parties and to opt out of its sale. Please contact Google and RevenueCat directly for requests related to their data.

9. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

10. Security

Because we store no user data on our end, there is no server-side data at risk. All data on your device is protected by your device's own security mechanisms. Third-party services (Google, RevenueCat) use industry-standard encryption and security practices.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
